The product

Event Plans generates a digital download — a seating poster, table signs, place cards and a caterer & dietary summary sheet, each as a PDF — based on the tables, guests and style you supply. It is a digital product; no physical items are printed or shipped by us.

Price and payment

Building your plan is free. The print-ready bundle costs $9.90 AUD (discounted from a standard price of $47 AUD), charged once via Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

What's included

  • A seating poster PDF (entrance "find your table" list plus a table map)
  • A table signs PDF, one per table
  • A place cards PDF, one fold-to-stand name card per guest
  • A caterer & dietary summary sheet PDF
  • A free watermarked zip of all four documents, available before purchase

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the table layout, guest list and dietary information you supply. We render your data exactly as provided and do not verify it against any external source.

Refunds and contact

Because this is an instantly-delivered digital product, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — for example, if a technical fault prevented you from receiving usable files. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Acceptable use

Event Plans is a tool to help you plan and print materials for your own event. Plans must not be used to store or distribute information about people without their knowledge, or for any unlawful purpose.
